About

Having lived in Thailand and the U.S., I often create work that depicts multicultural perspectives in forms of fine and performing arts, on topics such as sociopolitical implication of cultures, social inequality, and philosophy of art.

Like most other Thai students with similar backgrounds, I went to high school for an intensive science program. However, at eleventh grade, I transferred to an international school to pursue the arts, the field for which I showed interest since my earliest years but to which I never got to study formally. I acknowledged my fortunate situation to pursue what truly reflected my interest and, in my college years, took most opportunities to get involved and work with different people on various projects. I am grateful to have led the International Student Organization, been part of Strategic Planning Implementation Committee for Diversity, Inclusion, and Equity, and contributed to Student Advisory Board. I also learned significantly from student jobs such student assistant at the Dean's Office, tour guide at Admissions, and photographer for Communications, among my other jobs.

In 2018, I graduated from Oberlin College and Conservatory with Double Degrees, B.A. in Visual Art (Theater Concentration) with a minor in Politics, and B.M. in Piano Performance. I feel very fortunate to have received great support from and been inspired by peers, faculty members, and supervisors, and am determined to use my artistic passion and skills to create a more inclusive, equitable, and well-informed society.
